Short version: we don't have accounts, we don't ask for your name or email, and we don't sell anything about you.
When you cast a take, we add one to a counter for that debate. We don't store who voted. Your own choice is remembered in your browser (local storage) so the page can show it and let you change your mind. Clearing your browser data clears it.
Our host sets one technical cookie to tell browsers from bots. If we run advertising, the ad network (for example Google AdSense) may set its own cookies to show relevant ads; you can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. We don't run tracking pixels or analytics that identify you.
If you send us a debate through the Have-a-take form, it arrives as an ordinary email from your own mail app. We keep it in that inbox and nowhere else.
